These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using Atelier™️, our website, and our early-access AI clarity bot.

By using this website, joining Atelier™️, or purchasing access through our payment provider, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Atelier™️

Atelier™️ is an AI clarity and business diagnosis tool designed to help founders, creators, service providers, freelancers, coaches, consultants, and small business owners think more clearly about what to fix next in their business.

Atelier™️ may help users think through areas such as clarity, profit, sales, messaging, buyer psychology, and decision-making.

Atelier™️ is provided as a decision-support tool. It does not replace professional advice.

2. Early Access

Atelier™️ is currently offered in early access.

This means the product may change, improve, or evolve over time. Features, access methods, delivery format, and included support may be updated as the product develops.

During early access, access instructions may be sent manually after checkout.

3. Payments and Billing

Atelier™️ is currently offered at €9/month.

Payments are processed through Gumroad or another payment provider shown at checkout.

Depending on the payment provider, checkout may display the equivalent price in USD or another supported currency.

By purchasing, you agree to the payment provider’s checkout terms, billing rules, and payment processing policies.

4. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Atelier™️ is offered as a monthly subscription unless stated otherwise.

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process provided by the payment provider.

After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated by the payment provider.

5. Refunds

Because Atelier™️ is a low-cost digital product and early-access tool, refunds are not automatically guaranteed.

If you experience a genuine access issue or payment problem, contact us at inside.lyrae@gmail.com and we will review the situation fairly.

6. No Guarantees

Atelier™️ does not guarantee revenue, profit, followers, reach, rankings, sales, conversions, virality, business growth, or any specific result.

The tool is designed to support clearer thinking and better decision-making, but results depend on many factors, including your offer, market, execution, consistency, audience, pricing, and follow-through.

7. Not Professional Advice

Atelier™️ does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, mental-health, or regulated professional advice.

8. User Responsibility

Atelier™️, its name, concepts, frameworks, copy, diagnostic language, prompts, systems, and related materials are owned by the creator unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, train AI systems on, or create derivative products from Atelier™️ materials without written permission.

You are responsible for keeping any access details private.

Do not share paid access with others unless written permission is given.

We may suspend or remove access if the product is misused, shared improperly, or used in a way that harms the service or other users.

11. Third-Party Services

Atelier™️ may use third-party tools or providers, including Gumroad, payment processors, AI tools, hosting providers, email tools, or analytics services.

We are not responsible for the policies, outages, decisions, or processing practices of third-party services.
